There may be a few reasons why your order doesn’t go through:
1. Sometimes customers are on the wrong store for their location. i.e. Canadian customers on the US site. Please check the top right corner of the site to select your country.
2. The billing address does not match the credit card's billing address. Please check to ensure that they match.
3. The credit card may have been maxed out.
4. The credit card has been flagged for security reasons. Please check with your bank to lift the security warning.
5. Some customers credit cards are not accepted by our credit card payment processor. In this case, please check-out with your Paypal account. If you don’t already have a Paypal account, you can check out as a guest.
